Cephalopod Bot

It feels great to be back in the studio working on new pieces, one of which is a commissioned piece. Cephalopod 'like' robotic piece 9"x12" black and white unframed on mixed media paper. It will be nice to be able to pay my phone bill finally. 

 Recently I have been in contact with a local gallery, Showing my current series next year could be a possibility.

Public art

The past few days I have been working on painting the back of a bench at a local coffee shop I frequent. Using a bunch of Renaissance and roman sculptures for referencing I've put my own twist on it. It's taking much longer then I anticipated but here's what I've got so far...

Eight hours

Somedays eight hours of painting seems to go by without any notice. Then I have days where I feel like I didn't get enough done. Looks like 14 hr days might prove more productive, I may go insane as a result but what the hell it's for the art!
